How Hult takes practical education to another level

When people talk about Hult, a lot of topics come to mind, but there is always one that is at the forefront: practical education. In-class discussions with the Global Generation With such an international student body, you can imagine how interesting class discussions getvarying perspectives are always in play. Guest speakers Our professors and academics team always make sure that there is an on-going event either in class or on campus. It’s a very eye-opening experience because we get the opportunity to learn from industry professionals who have set aside time to answer our questions and concerns about what it is really like in the real business world. 4. Internships At Hult, we are encouraged to take at least one internship that links back to our degree and/or major. I guess nothing can really beat hands-on learning in the real, corporate world! 5. It taught me a lot about how I see people, how people see me, and how conflict can be resolved in a kind and productive way. The best feedback you get, when delivered constructively, is the most critical because it really feeds into how you lead. I’ve completely reversed my leadership style—the result is so much richer and more powerful when you lead from behind and lead with strength. . Studying in tandem with working, whilst challenging, gave me the perfect platform to directly apply learning concepts into my business environment, the competitive landscape, and the real-estate industry as a whole. When I started the program, I was very happy in my corporate role. But my courage and aspirations grew to the point that I took on a whole new direction. Having my career coach, Joanna, as a sounding board allowed me to really be strategic and get to know myself. She coached me thro ugh all the interviews, the research, and the questions.
